Why is the main difference between BeeChem Wash™ , General Servicing, Chemical Jet Wash and Chemical Overhaul?
It comes down to how deep the clean goes — and how often you’ll need it.
General Servicing is routine maintenance. We clean the visible surfaces, check that everything’s running properly, and keep your unit ticking over. It’s the most affordable option and ideal for regular upkeep, but it works on the surface rather than treating built-up grime.
BeeChem Wash™ is our step up. Instead of a basic rinse, our technicians treat the visible-surface evaporator coils and blower fan with our specially formulated BeeChem Wash™ solution — washing away the grime a standard service only wipes over. The result is crisper, colder airflow and fewer odours, without the cost or downtime of a full chemical wash.
Chemical Jet Wash is the deeper clean. The unit is washed on all sides with our aluminium-safe chemicals.
Chemical Overhaul is the deepest clean. The unit is dismantled and every component is washed with our aluminium-safe chemicals, then reassembled. It’s the most thorough option, recommended less often, and priced accordingly.

How often should I schedule BeeChem Wash™ aircon servicing?
Because Singapore’s high humidity causes rapid dust and mould buildup, every 3-4 months (quarterly) is ideal for most homes. You should consider servicing every 2 months if you run your aircon 24/7, own pets, or smoke indoors. Commercial spaces typically require monthly servicing.
What is included in a BeeChem Wash™ aircon service?
Our BeeChem Wash™ service is a comprehensive routine maintenance package. It includes a full dismantle of the necessary components, a thorough jet wash, and precise reassembly to keep your system running at peak efficiency.
How long does BeeChem Wash™ take?
A standard general service takes about 20 to 30 minutes per unit. For example, a typical HDB flat with 3 fan coils will take around one hour to complete.
Do you provide same-day servicing?
Yes, we do! If you message us on WhatsApp in the morning, we can usually accommodate a same-day booking. Slots are subject to availability, so we highly recommend booking early for weekends, public holidays, and the Chinese New Year period.
